Working with the Winn Team was a great experience. They listen to what your desires and expectations are and they deliver. I was really impressed with the photos and videos they provided for me since I was researching for properties remotely. Their availability to answer any questions that I had and the weekly zoom calls were above and beyond my expectations I would highly recommend Keith and Yamil for any real estate needs.

We engaged the Winn Team in December as we began our quest to find a new home in the Clearwater Beach Area this past December... from the initial call with Keith, where he interviewed me with a series of questions that quickly narrowed our search to 4-5 locations to the actual viewing of these properties with Yamil & Keith, where video recaps were forwarded to my wife, the entire sales process was thorough, logical & efficient...resulting in my wife and I purchasing a new home after only 3 weeks!
We were so impressed with the Winn team's effort's in this regard that we also contracted with them to market & sell our current condo also located on Clearwater Beach ...this experience was even more impressive...the Winn Teams understanding of the local market and ability to compile the necessary statistics/comparables coupled with Yamil's ability to prepare and professionally stage our property for sale resulted in us receiving an offer after only 42 days on the market.
The Winn's were great communicators, available daily from morning until later evening (which was better for my wife & myself) and they conducted regular zoom calls which afforded us the ability to see the properties & information we required to make timely & informed decisions.
We have recommended the Winn Team to our friends and would definitely use them again if the need arose.

Keith and Yamil are an amazing team to work with. My mother is almost 82 years old and we lost my father last year. The house was too big for her to maintain and it was time for her to sell. My mother does her homework and carefully selects a Realtor she trusts. Once she met the them she knew they would be a perfect fit for her. They were very kind and warming to work with. Not only did they listen to her they heard her. Her house sold in 12 days which was amazing. Not only after the house was sold they kept in touch with her almost daily to see if there was anything they could do to assist. They were wonderful and thoughtful at the closing as well. I would highly recommend the Winn Team to be a part of your team as well.

Working with Yamil was a great experience; I had met with 2 other realtors who both told me I needed new paint (it was fine) and I wouldn't get price for my condo rental be due to the competition but Yamil agreed touch up vs new paint and I got renters promptly for exactly what price I wanted in spite of the competition; she was efficient thru every step of the way; very happy with her excellent service!

Five stars isn't enough to express how phenomenal Yamil Winn is as a real estate agent. We needed to find a place very quickly for my elderly mom in a short period of time. My mom's budget was limited but that did not discourage Yamil. Not only did she find the perfect place for my mother, she informed us of every step in the process.
