What made my experience with my real estate agent special was there genuine dedication and personal attention throughout the enterprise process. Working with Yamil was a great experience; I had met with 2 other realtors who both told me I needed new paint (it was fine) and I wouldn't get price for my condo rental be due to the competition but Yamil agreed touch up vs new paint and I got renters promptly for exactly what price I wanted in spite of the competition; she was efficient thru every step of the way; very happy with her excellent service!

Five stars isn't enough to express how phenomenal Yamil Winn is as a real estate agent. We needed to find a place very quickly for my elderly mom in a short period of time. My mom's budget was limited but that did not discourage Yamil. Not only did she find the perfect place for my mother, she informed us of every step in the process. Her knowledge put us at ease and I knew my mom was in the best hands. I highly recommend using Winn Team as your relator. They treat each person as family and not as a sale.
