✔ Key Consideration: The **48 lb. weight of Kai** will heavily influence which condo buildings we target, as many beachfront and Island Estates buildings have strict weight restrictions (e.g., 20 lbs. or 25 lbs.). Finding buildings that allow Kai's **48 lbs.** is a critical first step, which is why buildings like **Island Walk (50 lbs.)** and **Sunwatch (100 lbs.)** are on our Hotlist. Of course, we won't rule out any building or area that catches your eye - until we verbally confirm their pet policy.
